Dearest Children of Mercy,

          We have heard your calls for the people of Asia and we respond with holy intention to manifest a greater presence of the light for and on behalf of all souls caught in the sea of illusion. This day many angels and devas of mercy have gone forth and extended hands of mercy unto the souls of thousands at inner planes of being. And though some do not understand fully what has occurred this day, many, seeing the smiles and the caring of these angel ministrants, have indeed received that grace, that blessing and a new opportunity to rise from the sleep of the ages and to come into the light.

          You see, blessed ones, all Buddhas as awakened ones dream the true dream of God from that awakened state of being. And from their point of holy meditation upon the lotus light from which they extend star-fire substance of that Buddhic Mind, millions of points of illumination and the quickening light of the Divine One go forth. And when a soul here or there through a heart open to the one Lord of all receives that little spark, that one may be freed from their sleep and also, in time, enter into their Buddha Nature, the true state of mercy and compassion.

          When you enter fully your Buddha Nature and seek only to be the hands and feet of the Buddhas, then you too, through a mind one with the universal Mind, may offer the gift of your Presence to thousands and millions of souls. And your bodhisattva vows are fulfilled soul by soul by soul until one day all sentient life is freed and the Earth in a new transcendent glory is bathed herself, even as the new Buddha baby is bathed within the universal stream of the Mother’s love.

          To be a Buddha is also to be a mother to all life. And so I come as Avalokitesvara, mothering your soul within my own Buddha Nature and drawing you higher to aspire only to the light of mercy. The Lord of the World is pleased this day by your offering, by your nurturing spirit, whereby your Higher Self has even entered into a new nirvanic realm. And from this new level of holy beingness, you are pulled up, up, up higher to more easily commune with the heart-mindfulness of all Buddha beings, dearest ones.

            Retain that divine essence as a fresh new understanding in which you may live always. For I am there within the lotus of your heart, singing the melody of your enlightenment, of your freedom, of your eternal being within the heart of the Source.

          [Kuan Yin chants for 35 seconds.] Through the holy breath of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, I have come. And I return to my temple over Beijing to continue to meditate upon the light of mercy within every heart born of God.

Dearest Hearts,

            Hope springs eternal in the heart of God! And I would add that freedom also resides there. I thank you for your welcome. Please be seated.

            I announce to you that this day, the crown of Mother Liberty is again open for visitors to view the skyline and the city of New York! [applause] Is this not a fitting symbol in itself, blessed ones, that the citizens of this nation, as well as all visitors, may again ascend to the very crown of life of she who represents this nation and the freedoms inherent within it [and be] able to take hold of and experience the wisdom fires of the very Goddess of Liberty herself? And so, it is fitting that it is also symbolic of the new wisdom that is flowing through this nation in this hour, a wisdom born of a new awareness of inner freedom, blessed hearts.

            You have experienced that freedom this week and on this Fourth of July as the culmination of that which you have invoked on behalf of elemental life! I come with a new fire of freedom within my heart for and on behalf of these nature spirits. For you see, they have been weighted down by the unconsciousness of mankind, and it is no more the way of the Now, wherein mankind, in ignorance, does not recognize the sacred work of the devas and these wonderful divine creatures of earth, air, fire and water. You have commingled with them in your hikes and your rough raft rides and in your walks among the flowers, the trees and near the bubbling brooks. Truly, blessed hearts, it is through a deep and reverential communion with God through nature that many of you have come to the point of self-realization where you feel the very presence of God burning within your heart.

           I would tell you of a story in this hour. When I was embodied as Joseph, the father of Jesus and spouse of Mary, one day as I saw a vision of that which I would create with my hands, there was a tree that stood that was a symbol in my town of the strength of the virtues of her people. And yet this tree, having fulfilled its purpose upon Earth, was in the process of dying. And the tree spoke to me and said, “Joseph, I will no longer be able to supply my leaves with the sacred oxygenated air that you breathe. And so I ask you, son of God, to utilize that which God has given birth within me for your sacred work with your hands to supply a family in need with that which they require.”

            And so, in deep communion with this tree, after kneeling in prayer before it I hewed it and then carefully fashioned from the storehouse of its essence a table and chairs for a new family, a couple having recently given birth to twins who were in need in that hour. And for many weeks I worked with great care, feeling, as I honed that wood and fashioned it into what I saw as an actual altar upon which many meals would be served. And upon completing my work, one day Mary, Jesus and I brought this to this holy couple.

            And when we placed it within their home, tears flowed from their eyes in great gratitude. And when I told them of my communion with this tree and of its desire to grace the home of another holy family, we felt the presence of the Holy Spirit, and we prayed and bowed our heads in thankfulness to the Lord for the graces that we had received.

           On a number of occasions this couple invited us to their home, having prepared a most nourishing and heartfelt meal. And as we sat and communed together, again tears flowed from my eyes in understanding the cycle and the circle of life and of how the death of one could be a new birth for another.

            And so, blessed ones, though I was not there when my son made the ultimate sacrifice for all mankind, yet, in a sense, I saw from my etheric body the work of the ages of this noble one, who, like the tree, laid down his life so that others could live. Do not forget your forbearers and those who have striven and given, through the ultimate sacrifice, their lives for your freedom, for your liberty, dearest hearts. And as you revel in the spirit this day and see the fireworks in the sky this evening, see [them] as symbolic of the eternal freedoms for which many, including my son, have [defended] with their lives and sanctified and secured for you so that you may live God-free in this hour.

            Gracious and holy sons and daughters of God, there is a fire that is abuilding within the hearts of many upon Earth. It is a new energy of the Spirit, and it will culminate in the eventual freedom and liberation of every soul who is destined to return to the heart of God. You know this and you have felt the welling up within your soul and being of this sacred energy.

           I long for the day when I may embrace each and every one of you as eternal masters in higher dimensional planes as ascended ones. And yet this day, tangibly in your midst, I urge you to keep on keeping on. For you are making progress; you are ascending the great spiral staircase of light. And each and every prayer and time of holy communion with your God in silence, each and every noble work and sacrifice that you make for your children, your families, your parents and others is felt and recorded on akasha by the recording angels and the Keeper of the Scrolls. Yes, every erg of love that you embed within the acts of kindness and mercy and love are never forgotten, but live on, dearest hearts, within the virtue who you are as a son or daughter of God.

            This day I have no greater message than to simply [say], as my son said, “Love one another as I have loved you.”¹ And so turn now to your friends of light to your right and left, behind and before you, and observe within the eyes of these glorious eyes a reflection of the Divine, of those love fires of eternality that glow within the heart of every conscious one. And vow with me that you will never leave off of appreciating and loving the God within one another, because this is what builds the sacred sanghaof the Buddha, the community of light. This reverence, this respect for one another magnifies the living light of God in the Earth while also magnetizing those unto your community whose hearts also vibrate in a great synchronicity of the spirit with yours.

            So sing of joy, of freedom and love. And let the children show you the way through drama and through their videos and through the light within their eyes. Yes, these are your hope. Do not forget that every moment you spend in honoring, sharing with, communing with and offering assistance to your youth will be multiplied many times over in the cosmic effects that will take place in their lives, for the liberty flame within your hearts will live on through them. And the purer the example that you set of true love, these will know it because they see through all and they know by vibration what is real and what is not that you seek to teach them, already having within them the inner gnosis and divine knowledge of the Spirit. Yes, you may provide an example, but do not attempt to coerce or mandate their own spiritual pathway because it will be and look different from yours. But one day, these will arise and you will be surprised at that which they will self-discover and fulfill. And maybe from the ascended state they will look upon you and eventually thank you for your efforts, your sacrifice and your love on their behalf.     

            So I invite every child of my heart to come forward in this hour and stand with me at this altar, those from zero to twenty-one. [laughter] And my angels bring in spirit the younger ones who are not here, but their souls are here before you.

           I, Saint Germain, charge each of you with cosmic light for the fulfillment of your mission upon Earth. Be sealed in the brotherhood and sisterhood of your love for one another. May that which you have shared this week be a sacred memory. And remember always my love for you personally.

            In the Great Silence, I have discovered who I really am. Come and find me and know the new Saint Germain. For you see, I am self-transcending, and you must discern with that higher mind just where I live and move and have my being in this hour.

           May the blessing of Christic and Buddhic and Krishnic peace be upon you, one and all, on this most happy Fourth of July. Now prepare for the coming of the mighty Elohim, blessed hearts, as you listen in reverence to the sacred music of their fiery stream of light. I thank you.

          I paint across the sky a rainbow of fiery energy of all seven rays! This is for the securing of a new safety net for the elementals and all nature spirits here in this place and within the environs where every heartfriend abides and prays unto his God.

          Some have called me the finisher and Hercules the initiator. And it is true, blessed ones, that even as some of you have done this exercise of late, being the seventh ray Elohim I was there during the creation of worlds and saw the spirals of light precipitated within the physical substance of stars and planetary homes.

          And I was there on the seventh day when God did rest. For you see, that God of which your scriptures speak was us, the Elohim. And I said to my friends, let us rest and observe what we have created. And we called it good, for it was truly of our God Source. What is this rest of which the Bible speaks? Is it a leaving off of the creative process? I say no. It is truly the entering into the Great Silence whereby you can understand that which has come forth through the creative process.

          And there is a turning of worlds. And thus, as the creation itself is enjoyed through re-creation, a new creation emerges on a new spiral, blessed hearts. So we are continuing to create and we have never left off of being those co-creators with the All in all, you see. And so you may emulate us and enter into this co-creative process which truly is the alchemy of the spirit which is your reason for being a son, a daughter of God. Did you think that God would make a creation that could not fulfill its purpose by also creating, dearest ones? The entire process of evolution would stop at that point if you had not the power vouchsafed within you to co-create with God.

          Therefore I say rise up in spirit and know your purpose as co-creators! And realize that if you do not fulfill this inner calling to be those spirit-sparks of the Divine One, then it is as if you had not listened to the voice of God at all within you. But I know that you are those listening ones, for you have heard the call and answered. And thus you do at some level create, even if it is only through your thought process. Let your thoughts be the thoughts of God in mindfulness. Let your thoughts create a new stream of cosmic activity, even as we create in other systems of worlds beyond your current ken.

          But, once your creation is fully complete, rest, O ones, in God and enjoy the freedom that you see inherent within that which you with your own heart, your own mind, your own hands have brought forth. Truly it is in humility that you understand what this day of rest in God truly is. It is a cosmic pause between creations where you enter the Great Silence to breathe in a new spiritual fire. And in the outbreath God breathes through you that new essence, that new light, that new beingness. And you understand that every breath is a co-creation with the Divine who continues to breathe and live within you.

          Take those moments of stillness between breaths and between creations to commune with me and Victoria. We will lead you to new waters, new pools containing divine resources of the Mother of all who will implant within your mind and heart in a very delicate mind thought something more that may emerge from you in those moments of cosmic creativity in which you will continue to engage the fire of your being.

          As you ascend in consciousness, you will understand more of the intricacies of life and of nature, the holy balance that is sustained on all planetary homes and star systems. You will rise to greet the Lord in the air, as it were, to mindfully perceive with the Buddhas and bodhisattvas of the spirit the very purposes to which all have been sent forth within the superstructure of the universe itself as that fabric of life through which the Divine One continues to breathe in the great Manvantaras of the ages. [Arcturus breathes in, then exhales for 7 seconds.]

          Even as I breathe out the essence of violet-fire joy, I take in through my inbreath that which you release, surrender, let go of of the past, of the darkness, of the notself. And in the cosmic transmutation of the violet laser light, I distribute unto each and every one fiery electrodes of flashing solar energy for your co-creative works in all ages to come, even beyond your attainment as newly ascended masters as you are fulfilled in higher cosmic consciousness and perceive with the eyes of Elohim.

          We set our seal of light upon your work for the elementals. We raise them up, we bless, protect, nurture and love each tiny one and each great one. And we deposit amethyst-light crystals within your soul in this hour for the emerging of a new solar consciousness that is truly free to know God. Purusha! Purusha! Purusha!
