How have you used sacred geometry and divine thoughtforms and an understanding of fractals to augment your spiritual life and work? I really had to ponder this questions because I never utilized sacred geometry in my spiritual work and I'm still wrapping my mind around fractals! As I meditated on this question, I received a flash! For me it's all about nature. Growing up in the inner city of Chicago, I was never exposed to nature. Now with this new understanding of nature, a true handiwork of God, I look at nature and I see sacred geometry everywhere! I see the intricate patterns, the pristine and clean lines, just looking at flowers and trees, birds and their wings, the ripples in the water, it is all so divine. I embarked upon a mission to read "Walden" by Henry David Thoreau. This book was published in 1854 and was suggested ready by the Beloved Afra as a vehicle to understanding soulfulness. In reading this book every aspect of nature in the woods is painstakingly described. I realized just how recognizing nature, looking at the small details (a fractal is a rough or fragmented geometric shape that can be split into parts, each of which is reduced-size copy of the whole-a property called self-similarity) inspires the soul and one is literally engulfed in the sacred geometry of God.I will continue on this quest of appreciating and spending time in nature to augment my life and see where it takes me in fulfilling my mission on earth. The more familiar I become with nature, the more I will realize who I truly AM. |
