"WHAT CREATIVE WORK OR ACTIVITIES HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN WITHIN THE LAST SIX MONTHS THAT YOU FELT HAVE DIRECTLY EXPANDED YOUR AURA?"

During my meditations each day I practice feeling myself interacting with people at a distance all over the world and helping them be somewhat more free from negative influences by the star-fire light of God flowing through me and acting upon the dark patterns and substance around them. After concentrating on doing this for a number of people individually, I begin to multiply the action and apply the same detailed aura-cleansing upon groups of people, then larger and larger groups of people.

When I do this I do not see myself as radiating light from the point in space where my body is. Rather, I see and very much feel myself as my Presence--a sphere of light which is as large as the helpful influence has managed to encompass. On a good day, when I can really sit still and concentrate for an hour or so, I experience this influence and presence of myself as encompassing many people through out the planet and that I feel as big as the planet.

One time I had the experience of being "helped" with this exercise (in a big way) by a cosmic being. I was doing my work, as described above and having some good success. A suggestion was given to me to expand the beneficent influence to other planets. At first I declined with a response that I wanted to focus everything upon Earth--where I knew there was such need. This had happened a number of times in the past. This time my mentor gently informed me that expanding beyond Earth would not "dilute" the effect upon Earth, but instead it would expand the opportunity for God to bless others through me beyond the confines of this planet. So I agreed and began to expand the light and beneficent influence to another planet and another and another. Soon I felt as though I was as big as a part of a galaxy. After perhaps 20 minutes of this expanding I thought to "look back at Earth" so to speak. It was like a dust mote inside of me--what a feeling--yet I could instantly place my attention upon it again and "be there" if I desired.

There is no doubt in me that I was helped mightily in this example by my mentor at the time. I think it is an example of expanding ones aura though and there are many days in which nobody (no heavenly being) "enhances" my efforts--I'm left to practice this myself.

I hope this doesn't sound too crazy to you all. I can promise you--that if you'll train yourself to be able to concentrate for long enough and practice raising the Kundalini within you, you will have experiences such as this--and with great clarity. But it's been my experience that it takes repetitive practice and dedication. Is it worth the effort? Absolutely!!

During my research on my PhD paper, I have found my thoughts and activity changing. I have meditated on world events with the idea that I am helping all in need while thinking about the topic of my paper. Now I am waking up with ideas for my paper and I see that I have expanded my consciousness through helping others by teaching some of the ideas that will be included in my paper and book that I am working on. I have seen myself helping my students not only with class materials and lessons to help with their problems including personal matters. Some of the ideas or topics that I mention I am not really sure where they come from. I feel more like the Buddhist in their teachings.

A recent response from one of my students in class said “You seem to be getting brighter every week, what are you doing to cause this affect?”

With the meditations and quiet times I feel my aura is expanding more each time.

In a sense I feel that everything that I do is helping expand my aura. I am especially gratified to have the support, encouragement and cherishment of a loving spouse who, simply being in my life, home and aura has helped amplify the good in me and raise me up when at times various planetary or personal burdens seem to weigh upon me.
Practicing more walking meditation and "resting in presence" while engaging in various activities has helped to keep my focus on the light.
The greatest boon to my aura has been regular communion with El Morya during this cycle of receiving his teachings on the Advanced Studies of the Human Aura. Reading his words over and over and pondering them has brought me great joy and a sense of the divine everywhere.
I've also noticed how physical activity has expanded my aura. I've been practicing the Tibetan Five Rites daily and have built up a momentum on it to the point where it is a joy to do daily with no stress or pain. It is rejuvenating and fun.
Other physical exercise--swimming, hauling and cutting firewood, household chores, walking and garden work has helped my heart and made me stronger which in turn has helped expand my aura.
One little thing I've done for years that always helps is to end my morning shower with a blast of extremely cold water for the last minute of the shower. I believe this brings greater pranic energy into my pores and throughout my body which also helps my aura remain clear, strong and bright. I smiled when I saw the video produced by Dr. Leonid Sharashkin (the editor of the English translation of the Ringing Cedars Books of the teachings of Anastasia) called "The School" where the students dip their bodies into a cold stream each morning! A great way to really wake up!
Overall---a combination of focused meditation, prayers, lively singing, laughing, fiery decrees, physical exercise and engaging the ascended masters in my entire day with joy has expanded my aura! Praise God.
