The sun's aura exudes light (intelligence), warmth (love) and energy (life). Sungazing and sunbathing are like basking in the aura of a wise, loving and powerful master, only multiplied a billion times. Omraam told us to model ourselves after the sun, to be a shining example and source of inspiration and strength to all, even our enemies. We can transform our enemies into friends by dazzling them with our light, just as the Christ in the sun did with Saul/Paul.

Personally, the sun has transformed me over the past six years. I have been healed, mentally and physically. I have recieved profound inspiration and guidance. And I have been blessed with abundance. I always thank the sun for it's light, wamth and life, and I thank beloved Alpha and Omega in the Sun behind the sun for all the blessings in my life. The sun is a portal for two-way communication and energy flow with the Great Central Sun.

Lately, I have experienced a great lessening in my need for food. I am eating a few fruits and nuts and seeds and yoghurt for my daily sustenance and never feel hungry. The sun and early morning prana provide most of my energy. Cayce said that thousands of years ago people were fed directly by the sun and that mankind will evolve back to that point. Omraam said that the rays of sunlight are little wagon loads of nourishment. He wasn't just being figurative.
