Along with other books we are reading for the 102 class. I have just finished a book called 'The Third Eye ' by a buddhist monk, T.Lobsang Rama. This book made a deep impression on me.He writes about a temple of medicine in Lhasa/Tibet He talks about the colorations of the aura and the emotional body. There is a discription of the physical opening of his third eye at the age of 8 by other monks, Very helpful to fill in the blanks so to speak. Worth getting this little book.

I read the book long time ago, and it is very good but it is important to know before to read the books by Lobsang Rampa about the controversy about him.
He was a british citizen whom fall from a fir tree hitting in this head and lost conscience and in that moment he saw a buddhist monk coming y ask his permission to take his physical body, he agree and from that moment he became Lobsang Rampa. He had to left England and come to Canada with his wife. He wrote 19 books on tibetan buddhist.
