I have noticed that some colors are beneficial and some are not. I let my heart be my guide. Beneficial colors give my heart an upward feeling. Non-beneficial colors tend to exert a downward pull.

When I wear white (not often enough) I really feel holy and pure. Not always, but frequently, I wear vibrant colours and it makes me feel good. On occasions when I have worn a black suit I almost feel dead by comparison. I really like living colours!
