I was prompted to share a link to some very enlightening teachings I came across in my research on spiritual healing. As I heal myself and those around me this information gave me many ah ha moments and already has helped me along with using the teachings on ho'oponopono. I found this information on the 4th of the month and truly felt guided to it. These are from El Morya and are about depression, moods and imperil.
