hello heartfriends of meru class- while sharing some of what I Am learning in our class-such as upgrading words and statements- want to choose and desire, i also shared with my mom and aunt the key and upgrade of remembering in place of forgetting- for examlple "I forgot my keys" to "I rember(ed) my keys".My mom came up with making a rhyme of the three "R"s I remember I request I require"thankyou Mother Mary and the I AM THAT I AM-autumn
