Your planned giving to The Hearts Center is a way to invest your legacy in a cause dear to your heart that will continue to benefit, bless and make a difference to future generations of lightbearers. Your legacy will be transformed into a legacy of light, a great boon to our movement. Your gift will also help you to balance a portion of your remaining karma now and after your transition and fulfill your dharma even as you help us accomplish our global mission.
Now is the best time to create your will and trust. This decision will provide comfort for you and clarity to your heirs regarding your intentions. It will secure and protect the future of your children, your spouse and/or other loved ones whom you name as heirs to your estate. Will and trust planning ensures your assets are distributed according to your wishes to benefit the people and charities you intend. Avoid the sorrow to those close to you witnessing the state deciding how your property and possessions are dispersed. In your will you name and appoint those you trust to manage your affairs and assets.
No matter what your age or status, especially if you are over 50, consider writing your last will and testament or creating a revocable trust. Also consider writing a living will with directives concerning your intentions regarding life-prolonging medical practices. And as you decide upon family and friend beneficiaries, consider naming The Hearts Center in your will and trust with a generous gift. El Morya recently requested we all make our wills because only God knows our time of transition or what life-threatening or debilitating situation could suddenly develop. He also recommended giving at least 10% of our assets to The Hearts Center or other cause for the light. And if we have no heirs, consider the blessings of giving magnanimously, even up to willing 100% of our assets to support God’s work.
Some heartfriends have said, “I don't have anything of value that I can offer The Hearts Center.” Making such a statement limits your abundance. You have the assets of your causal body. You have clothes, possibly a vehicle and other household items that can be sold. You could receive an inheritance or income stream in the future. Understand that your word is of value. As long as you will 10% or more of whatever you have in writing it will count toward the dispensation. You can claim your abundance now by completing your will. Your will can be your treasure map, an alchemy with El Morya. If you desire to leave a million dollars to the Hearts Center put it in your will. Participate in God’s will through completing your will.
And there are other reasons for having an intentional will than just to bequeath one-tenth or more of your affects to our movement. Your legacy of light is a statement to the universe. It is an affirmation of who you are as a supporter of the mission of the Universal Great White Brotherhood. It is an affirmation that the fruits of your labors upon Earth will be used to move forward the Brotherhood's plans through our dispensation.
El Morya, as one of the sponsoring masters of our movement, is deeply invested in us. What an investment in him by us it would be to fulfill his desire that at least 70 heartfriends create their legacy of light, their plan to donate at least one tenth of their funds and possessions to our movement at their transition. This commitment says everything about how much we love, how much we are grateful for our relationship with each master in heaven. It is an affirmation of where our allegiance lies.

Whatever form of planned giving you elect, the key is to give. To make a charitable bequest, or gift to your charity of choice, you need a current will or revocable living trust. You can structure the charitable bequest or bequests to leave a specific item, securities, property or an amount of money to your charity of choice. You can make the gift contingent on certain events, or leave a percentage of your estate to us.
Creating your will can be made easier with professional consultation. And for your convenience, below is suggested wording for your bequest:
I give ___________ (residue, percentage, or specific amount) to The Hearts Center Inc., having its principle office at 130 N. 2nd Street, Livingston, MT, for the general purpose of sharing the ascended masters' love-wisdom teachings throughout the Earth.
When you complete your will
Send a notice to morya@heartscenter.org and attach of the copy of the section of the will pertaining to The Hearts Center. Include the name and contact information of the executor of your will. This e-mail is confidential, only accessed by three council members on the finance committee. Also make sure your will is notarized even if your state or country does not require notarization.
Printable version to take to with you.
Terms:
Residue - The balance remaining after bequests are distributed to your loved ones.
Percentage - When planning a future gift, it's sometimes difficult to determine what size donation will make sense. Emergencies happen, and you need to make sure your family is financially taken care of first. Including a bequest of a percentage of your estate ensures that your gift will remain proportionate no matter how your estate's value fluctuates over the years.
1. Determine your personal goals and outline your objectives, inventory your property and major assets, estimate any mortgages and personal debts, and prepare a list of family members and other beneficiaries to whom you want to pass assets. You'll also want to ask yourself these two questions:
-
How do I want to divide my assets among my family members, other loved ones and favorite causes?
-
Do I need to make special provisions for any of my heirs?
2. If you have minor children or an adult child, a parent, or a spouse with special needs who is your dependent, you must think about who will care for them when you're gone. Choose a guardian and secondary guardian and talk to them ahead of time about what you are asking, and understand that if you don't name a guardian, the courts may end up doing it for you.
3. Choose a person you trust to be named as the executor (the person or institution that will carry out your instructions in your will). The Executor undertakes many important responsibilities, including:
-
Notifying all interested parties and agencies of your death.
-
Taking care of the disposition of your remains.
-
Performing the fiduciary responsibilities of your estate (paying bills, taxes, etc.).
-
Distributing your assets according to your will.
-
Working with the courts and attorneys to resolve any unsettled matters.
*If you don't have a will, or if your will doesn't name an executor, the courts will appoint one.
4. Choose what to give to The Hearts Center from the following options:
-
A general bequest gives us a stated sum of money. If there is insufficient cash in your estate to cover the bequest, other assets will be sold for cash to honor your wishes for us.
- A specific bequest gives us a particular piece of property. Note: If you disposed of the property before your death, we won't receive your intended gift.
-
A residuary bequest means giving the "rest, residue or remainder" of your estate, or, more commonly, a percentage of the residue after all other bequests, debts and taxes have been paid.
-
A contingent bequest requires a certain event to occur before the gift can happen. For example, you could bequeath funds to a family member provided that person survives you; if not, the funds would then go to The Hearts Center.
5. You can tailor how you would like The Hearts Center to use your gift.
-
An unrestricted bequest allows us to use the assets in the most beneficial way.
-
A restricted bequest allows you to specify how we are to use the funds. Your funds could go to publishing books, supporting youth activities or expanding outreach. Contact us in advance to be certain your intent can be fulfilled.
-
An endowed bequest allows you to restrict the principal of your gift so we can use only a small portion each year, typically allowing the fund to last forever.
The official bequest language for The Hearts Center is:
I give ___________ (residue, percentage, or specific amount) to The Hearts Center Inc., having its principle office at 130 N. 2nd Street, Livingston, MT, for the general purpose of sharing the ascended masters' love-wisdom teachings throughout the Earth.
6. Meet with an Estate Planning Attorney
Seek the counsel of an estate planning attorney to achieve the highest outcome for your heirs and to help make your estate plans the best they can be. Even if you think your will requirements are simple, there are likely rules of construction and formalities required that are particular to your state. Make sure that your final documents are legally valid and executable. Also consider where you will safe keep the documents so that they will be readily available and make sure your heirs and executor know where to locate them. They can also be placed in safe deposit boxes or with your attorney.
Changes within the immediate family such as divorce or separation, or the death of loved ones, especially those named in your will as beneficiaries, are important times to consider making changes to your will or living will.
Circumstances that make it vital to update your will:
-
You want to name a different executor, trustee or guardian.
-
Your assets have significantly increased or decreased in value.
-
You've moved to another state.
-
Your situation or a beneficiary's situation has changed.
-
The estate tax laws have changed. Check with your estate planning attorney to make sure your estate plan is up-to-date with the substantial federal estate tax law changes effective Jan. 1, 2011.
How to Update Your Will
Step 1: Get a copy of your current will.
Step 2: Mark the areas you'd like to change.
Step 3: Meet with your estate planning attorney to draft and prepare your new document.
Step 4: Consider discussing changes with us if they may affect The Hearts Center.
Contact your estate planning attorney if you have additional questions on updating your will.

Those heartfriends who live in other countries or those who have a local group in the US may give a portion of your abundance to your group if it is a legal entity that is established by laws within that nation or state and there is an actual group of three or more people meeting on a regular basis communing and doing spiritual work as one together.
If there is simply the name of The Hearts Center or heartfriends group but you never meet, if there is no plan of action for your city for your nation in terms of what you are doing collectively to fulfill God's will, it would it would be better if those funds came to our central Hearts Center to use for the highest output of the brotherhood's work. Once you have the people, the legal structure and plan in place you can change your will to bequeath the funds to your local group. El Morya encourages heartfriends to get together and develop local Hearts Centers and Heartfriends Groups.
The Hearts Center leadership understands the dynamics of how people feel about sending money overseas to another nation. You do not necessarily get credit for that donation within your own nation because of the laws of the world however the is a higher law and the higher law is the law of the one and that feeding the source through which that word flows and nourishing the vehicle through which that manifests is important.
If you make your transition without a will, your assets will be distributed according to state law and your wishes will not be fulfilled.
-
With a will, you control who gets what, otherwise your probate property (such as life insurance proceeds, retirement account funds, or property held in a trust) will pass to your next of kin, or if there are no next of kin, then to the state if you have no surviving relatives.
-
With a will, you can designate who will act as executor (a personal representative appointed to make sure the desires expressed in your will are carried out) of your estate and specify that they serve without expensive bond insurance which a court might require otherwise if it is not specified.
-
With a will, you can make specific bequests of items of your property to specific individuals, charities, like The Hearts Center, or other entities such as trusts.
-
With a will, you can name the guardians of your minor children in case of the death of you and your spouse.
-
With a will, you can make special financial arrangements for your family members who are minors, disabled or unfamiliar with money management.
-
With a will, by using a trust, you can delay receipt of part or all of your property until the heir reaches a certain age.
-
With a will, in some states you can make it "self-proving." With a self-proven will, it is not necessary to produce a witness in court to prove the will was executed with the requisite formalities. This may be important if the witnesses to the will are deceased or cannot be found at the time of probate.
-
With a will, you can make sure your body is taken care of according to Ascended Master recommendations
-
With a will, you may be able to minimize the taxes on your estate - if your estate is subject to estate tax, your gift to The Hearts Center is entitled to an estate tax charitable deduction for the gift's full value.
At the same time you have a will done, you can also request that the lawyer prepare a living will and a medical power of attorney to govern your medical care should you be in a coma or otherwise unable to express your wishes to the doctors.
If your total assets are more than $1,000,000, you should see a specialist in probate law to discuss estate planning to reduce the tax bite on your estate. A small amount spent on estate planning can save your estate thousands of dollars in taxes.
Having an outdated will means that your current intentions will not be carried out. So when change occurs in your life, remember to update your will.
While it is possible to deed your real property to the Hearts Center in your will, for many people it may make more sense to deed their property to the Hearts Center now, while retaining the right to live in the house or use the farm property for the rest of their lives. The Hearts center eventually benefits, just as though the property had been devised in a will or living trust, but the donors receive immediate tax benefits in the form of sizeable charitable deductions. The legal name for this arrangement is a gift of remainder interest with a retained life estate. This means that the donor can retain their existing life style while taking advantage of the tax savings and being able to put the associated tax savings to work to build greater retirement income. Living wills and other advance directives describe your preferences regarding treatment if you're faced with a serious accident or illness. These legal documents speak for you when you're not able to speak for yourself.
Living wills and other advance directives aren't just for older adults. Unexpected end-of-life situations can happen at any age, so it's important for all adults to have advance directives.
Advance directives: More than just living wills
Advance directives are written instructions regarding your medical care preferences. Your family and doctors will consult your advance directives if you're unable to make your own health care decisions. Having written instructions can help reduce confusion or disagreement.
Advance directives include:
Living will. This written, legal document spells out the types of medical treatments and life-sustaining measures you want and don't want, such as mechanical breathing (respiration and ventilation), tube feeding or resuscitation. In some states, living wills may be called health care declarations or health care directives.
Medical or health care power of attorney (POA). The medical POA is a legal document that designates an individual — referred to as your health care agent or proxy — to make medical decisions for you in the event that you're unable to do so. However, it is different from a power of attorney authorizing someone to make financial transactions for you.
Do not resuscitate (DNR) order. This is a request to not have cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) if your heart stops or if you stop breathing. Advance directives do not have to include a DNR order, and you don't have to have an advance directive to have a DNR order. Your doctor can put a DNR order in your medical chart.
Do you need a living will and a medical POA?
A living will can't cover every possible situation. Therefore, you might also want a medical POA to designate someone to be your health care agent. This person will be guided by your living will but has the authority to interpret your wishes in situations that aren't described in your living will. A medical POA also might be a good idea if your family is opposed to some of your wishes or is divided about them.
Choosing a health care agent
Choosing a person to act as your health care agent is possibly the most important part of your planning. You need to trust that this person has your interests at heart, understands your wishes and will act accordingly. He or she should also be mature and levelheaded, and comfortable with candid conversations. Don't pick someone out of feelings of guilt or obligation.
Your health care agent doesn't necessarily have to be a family member. You may want your health care decision maker to be different from the person you choose to handle your financial matters. It may be helpful, but it's not necessary, if the person lives in the same city or state as you do.
What treatments would you want?
In determining your wishes, think about your values, such as the importance to you of being independent and self-sufficient, and what you feel would make your life not worth living. Would you want treatment to extend life in any situation? Would you want treatment only if a cure is possible? Would you want palliative care to ease pain and discomfort if you were terminally ill?
Although you can't predict what medical situations will arise, be sure to discuss the following treatments. It may help to talk with your doctor about these, especially if you have questions.
Resuscitation. Restarts the heart when it has stopped beating (cardiac death). Determine if and when you would want to be resuscitated by cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or by a device that delivers an electric shock to stimulate the heart.
Mechanical ventilation. Takes over your breathing if you're unable to do so. Consider if, when and for how long you would want to be placed on a mechanical ventilator.
Nutritional and hydration assistance. Supplies the body with nutrients and fluids intravenously or via a tube in the stomach. Decide if, when and for how long you would want to be fed in this manner.
Dialysis. Removes waste from your blood and manages fluid levels if your kidneys no longer function. Determine if, when and for how long you would want to receive this treatment.
Living Wills and Advance Directives for Medical Decisions
Share your wishes with your family
Injury, illness and death aren't easy subjects to talk about, but by planning ahead you can ensure that you receive the type of medical care you want. You also relieve your family of the burden of trying to guess what you'd want done. Be sure to discuss your wishes with your loved ones. Let them know you're creating advance directives and explain your feelings about medical care and what you'd want done in specific instances.
Fill out the forms for your state
Your advance directives should be in writing. Each state has its own laws regarding advance directives. Although it isn't required, you may want to consult an attorney about this process. State-specific forms are available from a variety of websites, such as the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
Once you've filled out the forms, give copies to your doctor, the person you've chosen as your health care agent and your family members. Keep another copy in a safe but accessible place. You might also want to keep a card in your wallet that says you have a living will and where it can be found.
Review your advance directives from time to time
As your health changes or your perspective on life changes, you might reconsider some of your advance directives. Read over your advance directives from time to time to see if you want to revise any of the instructions. You can change your mind about your advance directives at any time.
To revise your advance directives, you follow the same steps you used to create them. Get new advance directive forms to fill out. Discuss your changes with your friends, family and doctor. Then distribute copies of the new advance directives and ask everyone to destroy the earlier version.
If there isn't time to redo the paperwork, you can always cancel your advance directive by telling your doctor and your family. Remember, a living will or medical POA goes into effect only if you are unable to make medical decisions for yourself, as determined by your doctors.

El Morya is requesting that we complete our wills. If 70 of us name The Hearts Center as a beneficiary in our wills for 10% or more of our assets, our movement will receive a new dispensation of light. In January, El Morya said if 70 heartfriends remember The Hearts Center in their wills, he would be able to sustain his current dispensation of a 200% return for tithing 10%, and he would secure another dispensation to increase our abundance. He said he would grow our abundance so that we would have more to bequeath! If we do not have at least 70 such commitments by March 20, El Morya will not be able to sustain his 200% dispensation and there could be a certain withdrawal of the intensity of the messages coming forth through David’s heart and being.
We, as The Hearts Center Community, desire to complete many vital projects, including the formation our physical spiritual communities. In addition to offering our prayers, El Morya requires more from us both materially and spiritually in order to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Darjeeling Council.

Now the next segment is also from El Morya. And last night during our team leader meeting he shared an understanding that just as we tithe one-tenth of our earnings to God through a nonprofit organization or in whatever way we are inspired in other words giving it back to God in some way. Of course we would love it to be in The Hearts Center and yet El Morya realizes that in some cases people feel called to give to other charitable organizations, movements churches etc. The key is to give.
El Morya shared that all of us can create a will and testament especially those of us over 50 who are moving on in our lives. We never know outwardly when our time of transition may be. It is very important that we have a will and testament and a living will that allows our children to have what they require from our assets and also how to deal with us in the situation where we may become unconscious, in a situation where we have to have medical treatment. By knowing exactly what we desire to have done; documenting it, having it notarized; and putting in our will. There will be clarity and there won’t be major issues for our children relatives etc.
El Morya is recommending that we, as servitors, partners within this movement, heartfriends and those who are active in following these teachings presented as progressive revelation through this movement, put within our will that we will have 10% of whatever assets we have at the point of our transition given toward our Hearts Center movement. This is in effect a tithe of our earnings, our what is left, our net worth at the point of our human demise and hopefully our divine ascension.
So for those who do not have children or relatives to pass on our assets to, El Morya is saying you can give much more than 10% if you desire—20% or even 100% to our Hearts Center movement. He's encouraging us to put this in our will because we earn the great good karma of what that money will do for the planet spiritually through our Hearts Center movement. And this money keeps giving and giving and any way you desire you can consecrate this money toward a particular cause that is meaningful to you or to the General Fund of The Hearts Center. It could go for the scholarship fund. It could go to set up some sort of a trust, a trust fund so that the interest within that trust fund is used and maybe the principle remains their gathering interest or whatever you desire. It could go to the Pilgrimage Fund, or the Messenger Support Fund, or the Multimedia Fund or any type of scholarship for the youth whatever or as I said the General Fund.
So this can be a great, great boon to our movement and to your soul and the balancing of karma and the fulfilling of dharma. Now obviously those who have children and relatives you may desire to give the most to support them especially if you're younger and something happens and you pass on before the normal lifespan. And this is also true El Morya says if you have a life insurance policy whether it's term life or the other type of life insurance which is whole life insurance. So you could name The Hearts Center within those life insurance policies or if it's in your will and clearly stated that a portion of the life insurance policy would go to The Hearts Center. This can be a huge boon for us.
Now none of us expects to pass on today or tomorrow and yet as I said, we never know what our time is outwardly, our soul knows, of course, that our days are numbered and God knows when we will make the transition from this plane. Yet it's important. As I shared last night, I know of a heartfriend in our movement who mother passed and her property was basically, because she did not have a will, taken and went into probate and her children couldn’t inherited it properly. They didn't have the resources to do what was essential to get it out of the situation and based on the laws of the land and the laws of the state's if there is no will, lawyers can get involved and it can be a messy matter and you're basically placing the burden upon your children to deal with this and the state. And who wants money to go to the state or attorneys. We’d rather keep it in the family our children and the family of our Hearts Center movement.
So El Morya’s assignment today to anybody 50 years old or older and to anyone younger than that, who feels so moved, is to establish a will and testament. And if you would desire to follow his teaching to put in it this statement. And if you desire assistance in any way we have Steve Miller on our staff and also Deborah Timberlake, both attorneys, and also Jackie Fleder. Any of the three of them I'm sure would be willing to assist you in this matter if you require any assistance.

Contributing to God’s Work through Your Will
First of all, what people have to realize is that money has a spiritual value, and the value that it has is based upon what we have put into life as we earn that money. In other words the givingness, the wisdom that we employed, the work that was invested, the energy of spirit that was invested in our work that became a tangible asset as money, an asset for us to live upon—this spiritual light energy exists as a quantifiable and verifiable quotient, an amount. And it's based on the law that energy is neither created nor destroyed. We accept for a fact, that we, through our work, invest our light, our energy in our work and then we get paid for that work.
So the amount of money that people give to a nonprofit organization or religious 501(c)(3) or whatever, is an investment. And that investment is part and parcel to the amount of energy that was invested in the securing of that money in the first place. Now when we are wise in our investments, the investments grow because it's the law of cosmos that there's a multiplication factor by the very nature of life itself and how God has invested himself in the creation as the spirit spark of his own beingness. And that has a momentum. And that momentum is carried forward.
What happens when you give through your will is that there is that momentum of light as a quotient of energy that continues. It has a life of its own because it was born from the life energies of our givingness through our work and our service. And when we captured that, in a sense, through our abundance, through our money and then we give it to someone else or a movement, then that's a part of ourselves. And so we do invest a part of our heart energies, a part of our being through that money that then moves forward. And in a sense we pay it forward through that movement.
So what happens is that our souls are really eternal if we choose to make them so by merging with our Presence. Our spirits are eternal, and they live on after our physical death and hopefully we make our ascension. And if we haven't balanced all of our karma, one of the ways that we can is by giving through this will to that spiritual movement.
What I am seeing now from the Keeper of the Scrolls is an example of one lifestream who is a very beautiful lifestream, Andrew Carnegie, and how Carnegie made a tremendous amount of money in his life. Carnegie established a fund that could be used for the establishment of many libraries across the United States. In fact, the library here in Livingston was partly born from an investment from Andrew Carnegie’s will and his desire to see his resources used for this.
So the givingness of this gift continues on through the wisdom that is gleaned by every individual who uses this library and other libraries. And it has a living energy; it is a living essence. And this investment of Andrew Carnegie is beautiful to behold. It was something that he earned, having also had a lifetime on Atlantis when he gave a tremendous amount of himself in the application of science through industry to help develop the culture at that time.
And so when he re-embodied in America, he had that within his Causal Body. He became, I believe, a steel magnate and became very rich and famous. And by God's grace, no matter what people may think of him outwardly in terms of conglomerates and the monopolies, this investment has helped him to balance karma from the state of being after his physical transition.
So in this case it was a huge amount of money. And I can see each one of these libraries as a light, as a point of illumination, as an opportunity for souls to come and learn. Libraries are almost like many universities because they house a tremendous amount of knowledge and wisdom through both the books and now through the Internet resources, the computers and all of the resources that are housed within the libraries, and now that interconnectedness of libraries across the world because there’s a lot of sharing of books in this way. So here's one example of a lifestream that created a conscious will of what he desired to use his money for after his transition. That’s one of the greatest examples.
Now here's another case of a lifestream that the Keeper of the Scrolls is not revealing the name of, one who didn’t make millions and yet has through a Baptist church [made] an investment of a certain thousands of dollars—and in this particular case this individual had not balanced enough karma to make his ascension. Through a wise investment in that particular Baptist church, millions were impacted by this person who desired that those resources be used for children. And in this particular case a number of children were positively impacted.
It's interesting to note that in the next lifetime, this individual embodied in the same community and actually used some of those resources that he had himself provided the funds to purchase because it was enlightened self-interest that he became the beneficiary of some of the giving of himself.
The Keeper of the Scrolls is showing me how in some cases you would be amazed to see how similar things occur when you give to a particular cause—that it does come back and accrue to your good, your Causal Body. And in some cases you actually become the sole beneficiary. And it's amazing to see. He is showing me that it in many cases it's about less than 1%.
So those are two examples. He’s showing me a third now of a person that had no will. And this person had tremendous resources. But for whatever reason this individual through carelessness did not create a will. What ended up happening is that there were a number of heirs that were fighting over the abundance that remained because there was no laid plan. And the dissension among them, the discord and even the violence that occurred among these heirs was disgusting.
This individual saw this from between lifetimes and [attempted to communicate with them the importance of working things out in] harmony and to come to an equitable resolution. Of course, they could not hear or see or feel the desire of his soul at inner planes. What ended up happening was that a lot of the money was squandered on lawyers’ fees. It was unfortunate. They received very little and they used it for their own personal pleasure in most cases. His fortune was basically lost.
There was no investment. It could have counted for balancing of at least one or two percent of his karma had he wisely invested by having a will and testament and setting up a trust fund or whatever in order to use those resources for the good and for the light. He could have benefited his heirs in a very direct way toward certain purposes instead of simply just giving it to them and their using it for their pleasure.
So one of the things The Keeper the Scrolls is offering as a recommendation is that we have some specificity in how we see and how we desire the money that we give within our will, trust fund to be used. It's totally acceptable and honorable to allow the individuals giving to set some specificity toward that gift if they desire that it go for children or a building fund or pilgrimage—whatever purpose within a spiritual movement.
Some people may have desires that are not currently being fulfilled [within their organization] or resources not currently utilized where they feel they should be. So if they plan accordingly and work with the leadership of a particular nonprofit or church, and in this case The Hearts Center movement, they could facilitate this happening in a very beautiful way. And those resources [willed] can balance [karma] from the other side because they do nurture life, they do allow spiritual work to be done, physical work to be done, projects to be accomplished, initiatives to be fulfilled.
The Keeper of the Scrolls is recommending that donors meet with one or two or even three of the leaders of this movement to hear what The [Hearts Center] plans are and for the leadership to be very clear about what their plans are, what their initiatives are and to see if there can be a resolution, a coming to agreement on how resources from the will can be used in the highest way. So that's kind of a change for us and also a recommendation to the donors.

...As of February 8, 2012 we’ve only received four answers to this request of El Morya’s, and I have to say that I am somewhat startled at this point in time at the nonresponse of our leadership and of heartfriends and servitors as a whole to El Morya’s request. I have spoken on it on at least two or three occasions now.
And I have to tell you that if we do not meet this request of the Master, in addition to the fact that he will not be able to sustain the awesome dispensation of the multiplication of our donations by that double factor of the normal tithe response, there could be a certain withdrawal of the intensity of the messages coming forth through my heart and my being.
When a master such as El Morya has given so much in terms of laying down on the altar of humanity his heart, his fire, his determination to save America and to save the Earth and to save all sentient beings, it is truly incumbent upon us to enter into the equation of the master’s work and God’s will working through that master in order to assist that one in the highest possible way.
I am directing, on behalf of El Morya, the leadership of our movement to contact every heartfriend who has given to date very generously, and to facilitate this project moving forward now victoriously. I am so invested in El Morya because he is my father. I revealed a while back, kind of with great trepidation, the fact that I was, as I understand it, embodied as Isaac, the son of Abraham. I have to tell you that El Morya, our great Bapu, our great Master, is phenomenal in the power, the energy, the virya that he wields on behalf of God in this evolutionary journey of our Earth, and I cannot even imagine not fulfilling the Master’s request.
Now, some of you feel that you do not have anything to give at all. You have no assets, or virtually no assets stored up as a result of your life. And you feel, “Well, why should I do a will? There’s nothing for me to give.” Well, that is exactly the opposite tack that we must take. Because when we are obedient to the Master’s request, it sets in motion a matrix, through our words, our lifestream, our energy, that fulfills the Master’s request and actually magnetically and spiritually draws to us the virtual and the real abundance that we require to be victorious.
Everyone has clothes. Everyone has something to give—books in their home, on their shelves, a bed, food. Most of you have cars or other vehicles. These are assets. And though you may have debts, when your transition is made, there has to be a will so that those who come after you are not burdened by having to deal with the resolution and the dissolution of your assets in a way that could embroil them in legal battles, et cetera— getting lawyers involved, getting the government involved. I’ve spoken on this already. I’m bringing it back to our attention because many of us are aging. And as we get to be in our 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, it’s incumbent upon us to have our house in order, and part of this is being in God’s will in this matter.
Now, some of you live in other countries, in Canada, in Sweden, outside of the United States. And what Jackie will be conveying to you is that it is OK for you to give a portion of your abundance to a local Hearts Center or heartfriends group if it is a legal entity that is established by law within that nation or state and there is the reality of an actual group that is manifesting, meeting on a regular basis, communing on a regular basis, doing spiritual work as one, together. If there is simply the name of a Hearts Center or Heartfriends Group but you never meet and there is no plan of action for your city, for your nation in terms of what you are doing collectively to fulfill God’s will through the masters’ words, then it would be better if those funds came to our central Hearts Center to use for the highest output of the Brotherhood’s work.
So you have to have a plan. You have to have structure in order for, karmically and cosmically, that law to kick in within your nation, for you to be able to give locally. I understand the dynamics of how people feel about sending money overseas or to another nation, that you do not necessarily get credit for that donation within your own nation because of the laws of the world.
However, there is a higher law, and the higher law is the law of the One. And feeding the source through which that Word flows and nourishing the vehicle through which that manifests is important. So unless there is a true vehicle in your nation, in your city for that to manifest, again, it is better to give where it will be utilized for the highest good.
So I desired to clarify this because some of you have asked, “Can I give locally?” And of course, the answer is yes if there is that vehicle. And the Master says that if you don’t have that vehicle set up yet, he encourages heartfriends to get together and do it and make it a reality. So it’s actually an encouragement of you to bring this about by conscientious work, by study, by contacting the authorities, the law in your area and fulfilling that particular mandate.
Now, in cases where there are only one or two individuals, it’s very difficult to have the constancy, the continuity to have a real Hearts Center set up. And so we’ve set up in our bylaws, in our guidelines, that it takes three or more people to actually have a Hearts Center. You have to have a council or a board. And typically, legally, most of these require three or four: president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, et cetera.
If you have any question about this, we have a team of wonderful leaders in our movement—Jackie Fleder, Steve Miller, Deborah Timberlake—who are all very well versed and knowledgeable in the laws of the land and can assist you in both your will and in forming nonprofit communities, as you see fit.
How we will implement this directive that I am giving today is for us as a council and as the leadership of our movement to implement. There is ample information on the wills page on our website for this. All of what you require is there for you to fulfill the Master’s directive. And to share again what Jackie shared, we don’t desire to see your entire will. We simply desire to have emailed to us or shared with us the information that you put in your will in the portion that names the Hearts Center and who the executor is of your estate.
Of course this is simply to give us the understanding, the knowledge that you have fulfilled that requirement of the Master to name the Hearts Center as being a beneficiary of your will for at least 10 percent or more. And when this is implemented, then we can put your name on the list to give to El Morya on or before March 21st of this year. So we don’t have a lot of time, and there’s going to have to be a lot of work involved by many of you to implement this.
Again, even if you feel your debts are more than your assets, it’s important that your word be heard, that you fulfill the Master’s request. It’s a little daunting for me to share this message with you because, of course, it deals with finances; it deals with personal matters of considering one’s transition from this plane, which can be very intense for some people. Yet I can assure you that it is important for us all to have a will and to deal with this, and many people that do not deal conscientiously with preparing a will leave a great burden upon their heirs.
El Morya desires that we all take care of this quickly so that he can go to cosmic councils, secure the dispensation again for that multiplication factor and additional dispensations. El Morya is deeply involved in the work of our Hearts Center movement. He cares. And lest anyone think that this is some pie-in-the-sky scheme, I can assure you it is not. El Morya is involved in every aspect of our movement as we call to him daily, as he is invested in our work, in our teams and the daily affairs of the Brotherhood’s outreach effort through this movement....
...So this has been my update to you this morning from my heart. I pray that each and every heartfriend hear this message with Godspeed and that we collectively work as one to move with El Morya, to stand in his fire, as we say in our prayer, and to really be true-blue and resolved to fulfill this master’s request. I believe it is real. I believe it is sanctioned by cosmic councils. I am personally invested in this.
I have fulfilled the request of the Master. I don’t think that I can expect anyone else to fulfill it until I do. So I desired to tell you this morning that I have done it. And I am encouraging—if I could use the word demanding, I would, yet I won’t—I am encouraging you with all of my heart and being to be obedient to this request so that together, as one, we may move forward. God bless you and have a great day.
